Return & Damage Policy:

Customer do must:

Before receiving your goods from courier/shipping Company please check your goods that they are reached there in good condition without any damage. If you found any damages on the carton/goods so it is your duty to mark on delivery receipt about this damage. If customer forget (or any other cause) to mark on delivery receipt then he/she cannot ask to us for claim for damages and we cannot help our customer for claim money.

We would only accept the return of the product if it is delivered in damage condition and Insurance Company refused to clear claims. Please note that this is necessary that customer must claim to insurance company first. If insurance company refuse the claim then we are agree to replace the products. Please note that the shipping damages are beyond our control and the shipping risk is covered by Insurance Company. So the first responsibility is of Insurance Company.

On customize product, money return or refund would not be done. If buyer get goods and buyer complain that goods is not as I desire then in customize products condition money will be not refunded and no any replacement for that.

We produce goods according to customer customization instruction and before the shipped we send goods images to buyer for confirmation of customize product and if buyer do not like it and do not want to take it then 40% amount will be deducted and rest amount will be return to buyer.

The return product should be sent to us in the same original condition and packing when you received it.

The charge of delivering return product to us would be borne by customer. 

**Mirror Products**

This is special note for Mirror Items. Insurance company is not accept claim for Mirror. If you give order like Mirror Frame and during shipping period got damage of your mirror frame then insurance company will accept claim and in any case only your mirror of Mirror frame is breakage then insurance company will not accept your claim. As we do insurance of every order. As per insurance company norms they will not accept claim for Mirror breakages.

Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Other Conditions:

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Sample Store. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
