Affiliate Program Terms of Use

As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Online Indian Furniture, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Online Indian Furniture as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the program is solely for the purpose of legally advertising our website and products to earn a commission on valid purchases made by individuals referred to Online Indian Furniture through your unique affiliate links.

By signing up for the Online Indian Furniture Affiliate Program (“Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in the Online Indian Furniture Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age. Both individuals and businesses may apply, including bloggers, content creators, digital marketers, and influencers. We accept applications from within India and internationally. All applications are subject to review and approval.

Approval or Rejection of Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse in the event of your application being rejected.

Commissions

  • Commissions are paid once per month.

  • Referred customers must remain active for a minimum of 31 days before commissions are finalized.

  • You cannot refer yourself, and purchases made through your own affiliate links will not be eligible for commissions.

  • Commissions are paid only on successfully completed transactions. Orders that result in refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be eligible for payment.

Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links provided by us on your website, emails, and social media channels. You can also design your own promotional materials, provided they are accurate, ethical, and not misleading, and comply with this Agreement.

Also you can promote Online Indian Furniture in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers, provided your advertising follows ethical practices and is not in violation of the Termination section below.

Coupon and Deal Sites

Online Indian Furniture occasionally issues coupons to selected affiliates or newsletter subscribers. If you are not pre-approved or assigned a specific coupon, you may not promote coupon-related terms. The following conditions apply:

  • No misleading text or fake offers implying unauthorized coupons.

  • Do not bid on phrases like “Online Indian Furniture coupons” unless authorized.

  • Do not trigger affiliate cookies through pop-ups or automatic actions without clear user intent.

  • Do not promote deals when none exist (“click to see coupon” when there’s no actual coupon is prohibited).

  • Violations will result in immediate removal from the program.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy

PPC bidding (e.g., Google Ads) on branded terms is not allowed without prior written permission from Online Indian Furniture.

Termination

Your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated without notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading text, unethical placement)

  • Spamming (mass unsolicited emails, newsgroup postings, etc.)

  • Promoting illegal content or offensive material

  • Failure to disclose affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC or local guidelines

  • Intellectual property violations (including misuse of our brand name, logo, or trademark)

  • Offering rebates, incentives, or kickbacks from your affiliate earnings

  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions or self-referrals

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your participation at any time by submitting a written request. Online Indian Furniture may terminate your account at any time, for any reason.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Taxation and Compliance (India)

  1. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS):
    In accordance with Indian tax laws, Online Indian Furniture shall deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as applicable on affiliate commission payments. The current rate for individual contractors is 5% under section 194H, subject to change per the Income Tax Act.

  2. PAN Requirement:
    Indian Affiliates must provide a valid PAN (Permanent Account Number). If a PAN is not provided, TDS may be deducted at a higher rate as per applicable law.

  3. GST (if applicable):
    Affiliates registered under GST must share their GSTIN and will be responsible for charging GST on their invoices, if required. The affiliate shall ensure compliance with all GST laws as applicable to their business or profession.

  4. Invoices & Payment Receipts:
    Affiliates may be required to raise an invoice for commissions earned. Online Indian Furniture reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing payments.

  5. Non-Resident Affiliates:
    Affiliates located outside India may be subject to Withholding Tax (WHT) under Indian law, or payments may be made net of applicable tax deductions unless exempted via valid documentation (e.g., DTAA).

Liability

Online Indian Furniture shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or commissions due to tracking failures, data loss, or interruptions in Program functionality.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the performance or operation of the Program or the products sold through it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Online Indian Furniture and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of the Affiliate Program, violation of laws, breach of contract, or infringement of third-party rights.

Disclaimer

Online Indian Furniture reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse, fraud, or violations of this Agreement. We may reverse commissions and suspend or terminate affiliate accounts accordingly.

Electronic Signature

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic contract. By completing the Online Indian Furniture affiliate application and clicking to accept these terms, you acknowledge your full agreement and intend to be legally bound by all provisions herein.
