Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Online Indian Furniture, we value customer satisfaction and strive to handle cancellations, returns, and refunds in a transparent and fair manner.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Period:
    Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this, the order moves into processing and cannot be cancelled.

  • Cancellation Method:
    To cancel, please email info@onlineindianfurniture.in within the 24-hour window, mentioning your order number.

  • Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders:
    If the cancellation request is approved, your refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.

  • Please note: The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank processing time.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Refunds or returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Share clear images of the damage along with your order number at info@onlineindianfurniture.in.

  • If you do not want a replacement, your refund will be initiated only after we receive a claim settlement from our insurance company.

b) Incorrect Product Received

  • Notify us within 14 days if you receive an incorrect item. A replacement or refund will be processed as per your preference.

c) Unsatisfactory Product / Change of Mind

  • If you do not like the product:

    • You must return it at your own cost in unused, original, and re-saleable condition.

    • All original packaging must be intact, and the product must be securely re-packed to avoid transit damage.

    • Damaged returns will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for such cases.


3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

  • The total refund time may take 1–10 business days for transit and 7–14 business days for internal processing.

  • Refunds for damaged goods (when not opting for replacement) will only be issued after receiving the claim amount from the insurance company.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or Made-to-Order items

  • Items purchased during Sales or Special Promotions

  • Products returned in damaged condition

  • Mirror breakage only (without damage to the frame or product structure)
